Three Questions About Your Personal Training Business Success...



I've gotta tell you about the amazing weekend I've just had!

From Friday afternoon until Sunday morning I had the amazing privilege to get up close and personal with my new mentor Bob Proctor.

During Bob's amazing seminar on the Science of Getting Rich he shared so many valuable insights into the world of success strategies that he made my head spin with ideas and concepts that will undoubtedly bring in some serious money for me and my company in the months ahead. But some things he taught just stood out so much that I just had to share them with you.

He said "Your results are the direct expression of your level of awareness" and immediately I thought back to an email I had read just before the seminar.

In that email, one of my readers set about picking holes in the various marketing strategies that I've been sharing in my newsletters and free book chapters saying that they were overly simplistic, basic and needed to be 'fleshed out' if they were to be of use to anyone in any way.

Now, don't get me wrong, I enjoy getting feedback and will take action on EVERYTHING I learn from anyone who is in a position to share the valuable commodity of genuine knowledge. But Bob Proctor really woke me up to something with that sentence and really made me think, not just about the feedback of that reader, but the feedback of the countless many people in my life who'd told me that what I was doing wasn't good enough.

You see, here I am getting fantastic results from my business, generating nearly half a million a year in company turnover and a personal income well into six figures and doing my best to share with others how I did it.

Anyone who has ever met me or attended one of my seminars or mentor programmes will tell you that I hold nothing back. I literally share EVERYTHING I had to do to create the level of success that I now enjoy.

EVERYTHING!

So when Bob said "Your results are the direct expression of your level of awareness" I thought to myself 'hmm, many people are reading my stuff, 'hearing' what I have to say, but aren't actually becoming aware, I mean truly aware, of what it means for them'.

They're dismissing so much of what I and many other successful people are sharing because it sounds too simplistic, too basic, too easy.

So they stay in their £15,000 to £20,000 a year rut whilst telling me, a £100,000 plus earner that this 'stuff' doesn't work.

(I hope you're not making this mistake as you read this...)

Please tell me you're not?!

You see, I learned a very long time ago that the more information you gather, but fail to act upon, the more frustrated you become.

It's a downward spiral, and one that most personal trainers I mentor are deeply entrenched in.

You only have to ask yourself 3 simple questions to find out if you're one of those people

1. What am I doing that works?

Truly evaluate your systems of success generation (including your marketing) to find out what's working. If you're earning a lot less that £30,000 a year, then not very much.


2. What am I doing that doesn't work?

You know it and I know it; there are tons of things that each of us do that fail to produce the results we want, yet we do them anyway. Stop them NOW! No if's, no But's...Simply Stop!


3. Why am I continuing to do what doesn't work?

The answer to this one is simple, you either don't have a real plan or you're not AWARE that things can be different, so you continue to do what you've always done and hope that this time things will be different.


Isn't that the definition of madness 'continuously doing what you've always done but expecting a different result?

There's a cure you know!

Find someone who's already getting the results in life and business that you want to get and study them, learn from them and apply their knowledge directly to your own life.

Don't second-guess it, tell yourself it won't work or find the reasons it'll fail. Only by applying what you learn can you ever hope to increase your level of awareness.

That's what I do.

I spend many thousands of pounds a year learning from people who're further along the road than I am.

Last year, Joe Vitale, world-renowned author and marketing expert was my chosen mentor. The money I invested with him (OVER £7000) came back five-fold.

This year Bob is my mentor and I expect no less than a ten-fold return on investment. And you know what? Because I expect it, I'll get it!

I'm now living a life where my monthly income pretty much matches my annual income 5 years ago so I know what can be achieved if you follow someone who has a system that works. And in the next 12 months I'm working to make my annual income my monthly income again and, because I expect it, I'll get it!
